Guatemalan Hand Crafted Jewelry

Veva Artisan Jewelry began its journey 10 years ago, when I finished my university degree in Electric Engineering and started working as a telecommunication engineer in a company back in Guatemala.

After a few years of being behind books and computers I decided to go travel, first throughout Guatemala and then slowly moved to South America.

There I discovered my passion for Stones and for creating my own pieces as if they where a mathematical formula to be discovered.

I had found the world of knots.

I found that a new part of my brain and soul where getting active.

Now I live in a little rural village with no car access in Lake Atitlán Guatemala, with my little 3-year-old daughter.

We live surrounded by beautiful mountains in nature and I get to do what I love the most which is spending time with people teaching them how to make knots, specially my little one and her friends in the village.

The work you see here I created with all my love, inspiration and beauty around me.

My artwork has become the food for my soul and is the way I have found to express myself.
